Return Policy

General
Returns must be authorized by MacWireless before they are shipped. Request a return at the bottom of this page. Returns must be in re-salable condition with all packaging and complete contents. Damaged products and products that show evidence of tampering will not be accepted. Packages sent without an issued Return Authorization (RA) number will also not be accepted. You will need to ship the product to us at your expense before we may refund you. Original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from date of purchase

You may return products to us for any reason within 14 days. A 20% processing fee will be charged.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days. Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a minimum 50% processing fee.

Shipping Returns
All returns must be shipped to us by a trackable method.

Please include the RA number you received from the MacWireless Returns department on or inside your packaging, along with a brief explanation of the problem you are having with the product. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our offices.

Processing Returns
Upon receipt of the product, it will be tested by our technical support department. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you at our cost under our warranty terms.

If the product is found to be in good working condition, we can either send it back to you at your cost or we can refund your credit card per our return policy.

About our shipping charges.

Once your return has been received we regularly process your return within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase. Credit card returns will be refunded as credits against your credit card account, cash and check returns will refunded with a check. As a credit may be issued after your credit card statement close date, but before you receive it, please allow two statement periods for your credit to appear.
