Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. This is typically Monday through Friday, but major holidays are sometimes observed. Orders placed after 3 pm Pacific time may not be processed until the next working day. MacWireless makes its best effort to have shipments delivered within the time noted, however, the actual shipping process is handled by a 3rd party vendor such as DHL. Due to this fact the shipment process is not entirely under our control and MacWireless is not responsible for mistakes made by these 3rd party shipping vendors. We recommend shipping your order to the billing address of your credit card. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to secondary verification, and shipment may be delayed until verification is complete.
In the case that a package is refused or returned to MacWireless, we will contact the buyer when the package arrives back to us. We can then reship the package at the buyer's expense, or process the return of the product according to our return policy.
MacWireless reserves the right to ship via best shipping method with heavy or multiple items purchases. While our shipping quotes do apply to 99% of our orders, please note that the flat-rate shipping prices seen on this website are not valid for exceptionally large orders.
